Customer Review: Back for seconds!

This is the second time I have purchased this coffee maker (bought a new one when we moved); in a nutshell it's a great buy. It does what it's supposed to do (makes good coffee!) at an expected speed and is easy to clean (-and you can put it in the dishwasher to correct a previous review). I have to say that I only have one complaint, and the same thing happened(s) with both that I have owned. When you go to take the coffee pot off the burner to pour a cup of coffee, the top (where the filter goes) pulls out too -thus making pouring a cup of coffee messy...
