I choose this kettle for my daughter, who live in dorm. The item came in resonable time and in perfect condition( as allways on Amazon.com). It is small (very good for limited space in dorm), quickly heat 1-2 cup of water for tea or coffe and in past 3 week was not broken yet. Previously we had have similar kettle for 2.5 years without any problem.
